Who are we looking for?

We accept graduates from any degree discipline. However, for the majority of our vacancies you will need the following (or equivalent if not taken in the UK):

• A 2:1 in your first degree;
• 300 UCAS points (320 for Consulting and Corporate Finance);
• GCSE Maths grade B; and English grade C.

Beyond these core requirements, we look for:

• A real interest in business
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Spring into Deloitte

Spring into Deloitte is a brand new scheme that we have designed for first year students (or second year students of a four year course).

We understand that knowing what you want from a career is a difficult choice that students face and for this reason this reason we are holding this exclusive event.

Spring into Deloitte is a two day residential course running on the below dates with the aim of providing you with real insight into the Professional Services Industry. The days themselves will be jam packed with business games and skill sessions to really help you to make your important career decisions.

25th & 26th March – Birmingham

27th & 28th March – Manchester

2nd & 3rd April – Reading

4th & 5th April - London

At the end of the event we offer you with the opportunity to fast track onto our 2014 Summer Vacation scheme to give you a real taste of what it’s like at to work at Deloitte.
