Students are now able to vote for the Class of 2015’s graduation tree online.
Each year the university plant a tree for the graduating students in memory of their time at the university. The choices available this year are apricot, fig, peach, pear, and plum.
The project, which began last year, is in collaboration with Edible Uni. It visions to create be reusable and to create a small garden to be enjoyed in the years to come. Last year, the Class of 2014 decided on a Cherry tree in the garden.
Voting for this year’s graduation tree will close at midnight Sunday 22nd February. All students are encouraged to vote on www.yusu.org/vote.
